Brief Description: Re-made other blks, re-drilled spar bolt/pin holes
Re-made other blks, re-drilled spar bolt/pin holes. Drilled 2 of 4 blks on drill press, then attached all attach assemblies to spars and used 2 drilled blks as guides for marking location to drill other 2 blks. Removed remaining blks and also drilled in drill press, then reattached to spars. Then updrilled through mated spars--this time everything very nice. Drilled to slightly less than AN6 size (.002 under ) for tight fit of pins. When aligned in fuselage, may still use pins like Sonex does, or ream up to AN6. Also have close tolerance AN176's in case needed to go even bigger and maintain tight fit....
