Brief Description: Aileron Bell crank installation
Fabricated the aileron bell crank hinge with an angle grinder and files. Drilled out the hinge on the drill press and final riveted the hinge on one side to the upgraded frame. Went well with nice tight tolerances (1.6 cm spacing). Still got the other side to do.
Need to replace the aileron bellcrank with the updated version from Zenith which apparently increases the responsiveness of the aileron in comparison to the elevators.
