Brief Description: Front canopy fibreglass fairing
Deiced to bite the bullet and attempt to make the front fibreglass fairing. I used electrical tape to create the shape that I required over the element where the canopy meets the aluminium and then used gladwrap to screen off the rest of the canopy from any disasters. I try a light coat of spray and cook as a release agent which seemed to have little effect.
The fairing cured nicely in the heat and came off relatively easily (with persuasion). Starting to sand down the piece but overall it looks like a success.
