I have always hated the way the heel support flexs when you put any weight on it and how its slick surface will probably cause rudder control issues. With this in mind I visited Philip from Bundu Aviation and we bent on the brake some of this textured flooring sheet metal which will match the brake assembly.
By chance the off cut was the perfect length and almost installed itself! Quite a positive improvement.
