Brief Description: Attaching Rear Canopy to Rear Hoop
Roger from next door popped round to help me trim and affix the rear canopy to the rear frame. Essentially we taped the canopy to the sides of the fuselage when it was in the correct alignment. I then drilled from the top of the canopy through the acrylic into the rear hoop and repeated this step to the sides of the fuselage.
Minor misalignment occured due to the pressure of the drill on the canopy but not material. We then marked out the side of the fuselage on the canopy and used the dremel to trim this off. After that I marked the further side of the upper longeron on the canopy and will trim in the next session.
