Using the Home Built Help DVDs (with help from Rod Bowes and Nick Harris) we made a cardboard template (see image 1) of the required cut out of the bulkhead skin. After marking the skin we cut according to the template line leaving an almost perfect recepticle for the horizontal stabiliser.
