This phase of the build entailed the installation of the main spar uprights which essentially hold the spar in place preventing forward and aft movement. Due to the aforementioned side skin alignment issues (bearing in mind the pre-drilled holes) the edge distance from the radius in certain areas were close but acceptable.
Ultimately the rear spar uprights were replaced during the upgrade and any residual concerns were further resolved.
