More clecos arrived today and also ordered the Isham RV toolkit with optional extras that should hopefully arrive in three weeks. Started deburring and sanding edges on the left hand side of the horizontal stabiliser.
Also worked on the very tight edge distance holes where HS00005 meets the front spar. Super easy to mess it up but managed to get it right. Used a caliper to measure the edge distance of one hole according to themil spec guidelines on the Vans website and in tolerance (just) by just over 1mm! Worked on removing the conflicts of the flanges of HS702 with HS00005.
Need the toolkit and etch primer to be able to move forward in certain areas.
