Continued work on the horizontal stabiliser after buying some number 30 drill bits and receiving clecos in the mail last week. Completed the rear spar up to the point of deburring and priming which I can only start when I have bought primer and a fresh air respirator. Started on the front spar drilling out all the required holes and attaching the various elements of extruded ali which also was required to be bent to 6 degrees in the bench vice (which went surprisingly easily).
Stopped for the evening at the point of bending the front spar and in the absence of a rats tail file to finish the relief holes.
