Drilled spar to reinforcement plated, outboard ribs, drilled outboard and inboard ribs to spar, drilled elevator horn to inboard spar to rib. Cut stiffeners to length, drilled stiffeners with skin. Deburred, scuffed, dimpled elevator parts. Bent top side of skin slightly in front of rolled edge holes.
