Finally got the last rib in today. I sealed up the inboard rib, shot the doubler and attach bracket in the leading edge. When I tested the flop tube for feedom of movement it seemed to bind a bit on the hold off bracket, not bad, but enough to make me put a little extra sealant to see if it will slide down a little better.
