Many, many years of dreaming about this day. Second only to first flight, this is a big day. The really noisy and expesive stuff is happening.
After much debate between 180HP and 200HP. I decided to go with the IO-360 Lycoming Thunderbolt M1B. The performance ratios just work out best for my mission, which is to build a go-somewhere airplane.
On the spinny end we'll mount a 74" Harzel Aluminum Constant Speed Blended Airfoil Prop.
