Started setting up the Wing Jig today. I've put this off as long as I could since I normally park in this garage. Now it's time to get serious about the wings which will be here in a couple of days. I needed something semi portable and I want my deposit back so drilling holes in the floor was not an option. I went with steel support posts available at Lowes. I just drilled a couple of holes in the wood ceiling joists with construction screws and adjusted the whole post for true and plum. It won't survive a hurricaine but it will be plenty sturdy enough for my wings. The garage is too small for two at a time (which I'd rather do) so it's one at a time.
