Worked on the forward canopy deck all day. Spend most of the morning trying to figure out how to get the right side to match up with the side skin. Finally just pulled out a series of bending tools and worked it about 1/8 inch closer with was suitable. Drilled the hinges out. The left one was great but the right one turned out a bit close to the edge but not too alarming. After drilling the hinges the left side ended up way high. Not sure what I'm going to do about it. It's functional but doesn't look semetric. I'll probaby end up filing this in with something. Raised and lowered it a few times and worked out all the intereference with the seal flange.
