I had previously installed the aileron but didn't align it. I had a heck of a time finding the alignment holes. One of the tooling holes thats supposed to be used for alignment I had installed a grommet. I finalled found the holes and used a strip of aluminum to get everythign aligned then adjusted the aileron pushrod. Once that was done I was able to find the 1/4 inch gap between the aileron and flap, then drill the flap hinge.
