Drilled the seat back up to 1/8 th. Layed out and drilled the seat back hinges. I realied that when I made the seat back support I hadn't left enough of a gap to accomodate the support flange. It will be easy enough to fix. Went to Lowes and picked up a piece of 3/4 angle to remake it.
