Brief Description:  Trimmed front deck support ribs

Because of the EFIS (whether it is the GRT or AFS), I need to cut the front deck side ribs up to allow for the EFIS. I decided to do both sides becuase I will either have an EIFS on both sides or, more likely, two EFISs on the left and the back up guages on the right. Since I will want them as far left as possible they will be vertical and the top one will still interfere with the rib.

I also need to trim the lower flanghe of th ecenter rib to allow for the radio stack.

I decided to reinforce the side ribs with a light angle. As for the center rib, I just expanded the doubler and cut off the lower flange back to the subpanel. I think it will work fine.

Current thought as to the panel is attached. I am a little concerned with the GX60 still being supported, but after checking with AFS and GarminAT it seems the data stream of the GX is the same as the SL 30 which all of the EFISs support. So it looksl like I can stay with the GX (if I get this plane built soon!!)
