I riveted the attach angle supports to the side of the bellcrank brackets then started working on the problem of the #16 (or 3rd aileron) cover rib rivets interfering with the attach angle supports. Instead of releaving the angle support brackets to allow riveting of this cove rib. I chose to countersink the upper and lower holes of that rib and use flush rivets. This will provide the strength and clearance necessary for riveting the cove rib in, and allow you to install the aileron bellcrank. I installed this rib before I installed the aileron bellcrank as this is your last chance to get at at it before riveting the bellcrank in.
