Brief Description: Upper skin stiffners

I fit and drilled the upper skin stiffners thanks to the help of Joe Marconi. We lined them up and drilled a couple of index holes on all 8 stiffners. I clecoed everythin back in place will drill the stiffners to #40 next session.
