I finished fabricating the upper side attach brackets. I also fit and drilled the aft attach brackets. I have been drilling them undersize and reaming them to size. I really think this technique works well. Another useful tool was the pancake drill attachment. you cant get a regular drill in to drill the attach brackets on the side.
