I aligned the bulkhead and hot glued it in place. Then I whipped up a batch of qcell and put in the fillet on the forward face. I got a good tip from guru Zach Chase to not sit in the fuselage as it will bow slightly and mess up the fillet. So I did top and sides from the inside and reached in from the passenger door to get the lower fillet. Once cured by bulkhead is set. I put a heater on it and let it cure out. Meanwhile I cut the cable guards for the pulley assembly. Big day and it went well.
