I ground down the lower hinge washers and re-primed them. Then I installed the nutplates for the upper hinge and chased down the hardware for the hinges. The big job was adding to the aft edge of the fuselage shell. I used the skin material I cut from my aileron for the servo tab and waxed it. I then did a layup of peel ply/ 1 layer of bid cut on a 45/ cabosil mixture/ then bid and peel ply. I basically sandwiched the shell between the bid and filled in between with the cabosil mixture.
