Brief Description: Bond Bulkhead B to Verticle Stab
I Qcell'ed and layed up a layer of BDM to bond bulkhead B to the verticle spar. I also drilled the lower rudder hinge throught the spar and bulkhead C. I also drilled and countersunk the nutplates for the upper rudder hinge.
