I fit bulkhead C and squared it up to the shells with a string at the bottom of the bulkhead. I then QCelled the aft side of the bulkhead to lock it in place. After a few hours it cured and I removed the vertical spar and the section of vertical stab. Then QCelled the forward side of bulkhead C. I cut glass while that was curing for the aft face of the bulkhead and more BDM for the forward side. I cut glass for the vertical fin spar and fabricated the elevator stop.
