I primed and deburred the H-Stab rear spar to start today. I also did some minor work on the aileron to get that ready for the workbench. I clecoed in the rear spar and started to riveting. I got it finished up and the final verdict is just a slight (1/16) difference in plumb line reference which is better than the 1 inch we found to start this rebuild. Although it was a bunch of work it will pay off through the life of the plane.
