Brief Description:  Change rudder counter weight

I have confirmed that I put the wrong counterweight in the rudder. When I got to the elevator cw's, I discovered that one of the four I had left was longer than the other. I have to drill out about 60 rivets to get to that part. I am using a 40 drill and prying the heads out with the butt of another 40 drill. Works pretty well.So I got the old CW out and installed the new one. I had to drill a new hole in the assembly because they didn't line up. I also ran into a problem with the nose rib end rivets. Can't remember how I got those in. I put a pop rivet in one side but it too long to fit in one from the other side. I will have to try to get some sort of bucking bar in there and put in a solid rivet. I also discovered that I only had to take off the end rib. I took too much apart.
