Working on R elevator assembly again. Bending the nose ribs rails together solved the skin trailing edge issue. Took the horn off the old skeleton. Didn't quite match up to the new one and some of the holes drilled are slightly big. I am trying to decide to just rivet and continue or replace the nose rib.
