Brief Description: Assemble Spars and Prepare Ribs
Tried different methods to smooth edges of spars. Finally settled on using palm sander mostly with 150 sandpaper and then finish up with 400 and then emery cloth. Seemed to work better than the scotch-brite wheel on the grinder. Too easy to get uneven surfaces with the grinder. I need to get some smaller grit sandpaper for the bench sander. I also bought a dremel with extra sanding drums. Those worked great in the small places. Got hinges attached and am almost done with rib preparation.
