Took spars apart to sand down all the high points with the scotchbrite wheel on the bench grinder. Then began to fabricate the attachment angles as per line two. Not the easiest thing to visualize and has a couple of important angles. Found that tracing paper is a very good tool to transfer the full size images from the plans to the angles. Should have cut off the extra length of each part of the angle before trying to cut the aluminum piece into R and L parts. I ended up with one of the ears being about 1 or 2 32nds too short. Hopefully won't be an issue when it is time to make the attachments.Was able to get the 9 holes drilled and angles attached to the spars with clecos before the Husky compressor gave out.
