Finally brought the instrument panel wiring up from the basement workbench to the airplane. Untangled some stuff, and cable-tied other stuff to critical support members. Looks pretty good, and the hinged-tray works as intended. I am easily able to access circuits and fuses. To complete, I just need to determine the best way to fasten the tray to the panel..I'm thinking a section of aluminum hinge...no tools required to unfasten. A bit more work than a few 8-32 machine screws and some nutplates though. We'll see.
