Some shots of the right and left side of the nylon fairleads. Image 1 is how I routed the cables through the bulkheads. Although the nylon block here has a 1/8" hole, the metal behind it has been enlarged to a 0.5" diameter so account for possible widening of the hole in the nylon. Image 2 shows the custom fabricated fairlead designed to keep the cable below the seat belt attach bolt. Another further aft (Image 3) bridges to the pulley at bulkhead A. Lots of advanced planning here made the placement of these faileads uneventful. The shape comes from some 2" cylindrical nylon stock I purchased from ACS which was significantly cheaper than nylon plate. I just cut / or rip what I need...haven't needed anything wider than 2" thus far. The fairleads in image 1 were fabricated from the same stock.
