Here's the final doublers drilled to size 30 holes and filed smooth. I won't do the final install until after paint, as the silicone sealant to be used here (Dow-Corning 737 Silicone RTV Sealant) prevents paint from adhering to any silicone contaminated areas. Doing it this way means I'll have to pantthe rivet heads. I prefer that to having parts of the doubler reject paint.
