Brief Description:  rear seat belt install

After reviewing additional FAA literature on aircraft seat-belt install (AC 23-34 and AC 23-4) I decided to modify the location of the rear seatbelts (yet again). With my original approach, I was going to install the center attach in the bay between the A and B bulkheads (image 1). The side attach brackets would sit at the A bulkhead just above the inside corner wrap. Based on the above FAA publications, however, the resulting seat belt angle would be too low and possibly cause injury to the rear passenger(s) in an accident. As seen in image 2, I have now installed a set of 0.032 channels directly behind the first set for the front seats. This brings the attach point down and forward. Also in image 2 (on the wall under the window), I have replaced the 0.020" channel with 0.032" to better withstand the loads imparted by eventual side seat belt fittings.
