Sequence showing refabrication of top FUS29. Starts with the transfer of rivet holes to a piece of lexan (image 1). You treat the lexan the same way you would a sheet of aluminum. Then you lay the lexan on top of the blank and keep it flat while you transfer all the holes (Image 2). Finally, if done correctly, the final oversized aluminum sheet is test fitted to the fuselage (image 3). If you look closely you can see the forward attach fitting sits perfectly against FUS36 bulkhead.
