Brief Description:  Vertical AP wiring

At $850 per servo (from GRT), my plan was always to only have a single-axis auto-pilot, and I have the requisite wiring for the aileron servo already complete. However, it ocurred to me that it would be easier to add the wiring for the second servo now, instead of later when everything is closed up. So, I added the additional wires and spliced them into the exisiting servo interconnects to make the additional servo essentially 'plug-n-play' (should I ever decide to get it). It's wired for simplicity: a single switch powers up, and egages, both servos simultaneously. A button on the EFIS AP ultimately 'activates' roll and/or elevator control, so it's not like the system doesn't have a few layers of control. It's true the servo would be additional weight, but a long XC flight would certainly be more pleasant if I can take my hands completely off the controls for extended periods and move about the cabin....(I'm kidding.... Just checking to see if anyone's paying attention!).
