Brief Description:  Ignition wiring Part 1

Here's the routing of the ignition lines out of the firewall to the box where the coils are housed. Since the engine is completely reliant on electrical power for spark, I wanted these lines to be really well supported and protected. For identification, there are 4 ignition wires: 2 red carry power to the positive terminals for coil A and B, two white wires connect the negative coil terminals to the distributor body (not shown). The entire bundle runs horizontally from left to right along the firewall, encased in clear spiral wrap. Just beneath that is the single high voltage ignition wire (black) that carries the spark-inducing current to the distributor cap (also not yet shown).
