Brief Description:  wing strut cut

Cutting this strut is often done with a band saw, but to me, this 14 degree angle cut was screaming miter saw the moment I saw it in the manual. Though I did have to buy a 10" metal blade for the saw, but after the fact, the ease and the cleanliness of the cut was well worth the investment. Just measure, measure, support, and measure again, and then cut. All I had to do then was trim the sharp edges a bit. I actually have over 4 inches of extra material...might make a cool wind chime with it. Have since used the blade for square-cutting the 2" torque tubes, so I suspect I will find many uses for that blade before the project is over.
