Brief Description:  Tightened leaky connection, tank skin

After leaving the tank full overnight, I found a small fuel puddle where the return lines connect. Tightened the connection and will check again tomorrow. The leak was so small, I probably would have missed it if it were Summer and the temps were high enough to accellerate evaporation. Since the tank is full and sitting nicely, I decided to adjust the filler opening, since the hole needs to be enlarged to fit flush with the filler neck (at least in front). After marking the perimeter, I broke out the air nibbler and expanded the hole, then filed smooth. Added some cork strips to tank top. Hobby Lobby had 2 inch wide rolls with adhesive backing I purchased to supplement what Zenith provided. Hopefully when I check tomorrow there won't be any more leakage and I can start buttoning up the top.
