Brief Description:  More wing skeleton work.

Removed rib and drilled fuel return hole. Figured it would be easier to do this now using fly cutter. Cleco'd spar tip and expanded 8 holes for A6 rivets. Drilled L angle for spar tip and positioned. Drilled and positioned 1 flaperon bracket.
