Brief Description:  Outer door frame

For both sides: Positioned, drilled, treated, and riveted the door post trim support. Cut some 3/16" spacers from a Lowes purchased steel bar. Taped the windshield trim support into position after cutting and shaping. Can't do final positioning until the windshield goes on. Taped spacers onto the bottom and side sills. Cut and shaped the side door tubes and taped into position on top of the spacers. Once those were done, I cut and shaped the door bottom tube and taped into position. Then I clamped the outer door gussetts into position and drilled and cleco'd into place.

Just a note that for the door installation, I'm pretty much using the assembly guide rather than the HBH DVD. There is enough changed with the new bubble doors that the HBH video is a bit dated. Also, in spite of the disclaimer that the plans supercede the assembly guide, there are some parts changes not on my plans that are reflected in the assembly guide. I had to double-check my inventory list a couple of times to make sure I wasn't missing some parts shown on the plans.
