Positioned the fuse holder by using an existing threaded 8mm engine mounting location and drilling/tapping a 6mm hole in the aluminum bracket nearby. The cap screws sit a bit high for when the fuse goes into the holder, so I'll switch to some other screw type that sits lower.
Laid out the path and cut the 8AWG cable to final size for the fuse to alternator run. Soldered lugs onto each end and added triple layer heat shrink. I'll add loom on all hot wires later along with secure points.
