Brief Description:  Starting work on baggage floor inspection panels

Started work on adding inspection plates to the baggage floor. Since I have avionics and lines back there, I wanted to have a way to get to them without drilling out a bunch of rivets. I am using the wing inspection panels as a template. I started out by fabricating some additional covers using the Zenith cover as a template. Then I removed the baggage floor and positioned and drilled the nutplate holes on either side of the center support. Finally, I made the cut-outs in the lower baggage floor panel. Haven't installed the nutplates yet.
