Repeated the mass balance for the pilot side. After getting the masses correct, the masses were looking pretty much the same as the passenger side from yesterday. While I had the flaperons off to drill the mass mounting holes, I trimmed off the crushed corner on the inboard flapperon from when I dropped it. I'm satisfied that there won't be any issues considering the location. Now both flaperon halves on each side are joined and hanging free in the neutral position
