Brief Description:  Reset wing incidence

There was enough not fitting right that I decided to bite the bullet and raise the rear spar attach points to help things fit better. Over the last week and a half I essentially re-mounted the wings. Essentially what I did was another re-do of the fix for the short spars. I had to dismount the wings, drill out the A6 rivets for the spar doubler, fabricate new doublers from a 12x12 piece of 6061 T6 plate obtained from Grainger, rivet in the new doublers, drill a new mounting hole in the spars which set the trailing edge higher, and remount the wings. With the wings higher, the pivot point for the flapperons moved, so I drilled out the old pivot and reset it in the new location. I fabricated patches for the exterior to cover up the previous holes and reinforce the new pivot point rivets. Re-mounted the flaperons and attached the controls. I can see the difference in the bellcrank orientation. I still have some tweaking on the controls to do, but I think it is looking better.
