Routed the wingtip light wiring behind the rear spar as indicated on Zenith assembly guide for the wing skeleton. I thought about using the front spar channel like in the Jon Croke DVD, but figured this might be easier if I ever had to get access. I have the Zenith provided lighting kit which includes the wiring, so I started out by cutting the provided wire in half. Seems like there is not much to spare, so I won't tighten up the zip ties until I get final routing and make sure I have enough on either end. Tested the starboard light wit 9V battery and it worked well. I located and rough trimmed the wingtips. Drilled and riveted the flapperon bracket L-angles with A4 rivets. Re-folded and cleco'd the nose skins to provide additional stiffness when I move the wing assembly later this week.
