Brief Description:  Rivet rear spar, position outboard rear skin, cut

Riveted the rear spar to ribs. Cut and drilled L=Angles for outboard spar ends, but did not attach yet. Discrepancies between Zenith assembly guide and HomeBuilt Help DVD as to which direction flanges should face. Blueprints don't clearly show orientation of the L-angles, but its probably there somewhere. Should be able to make the determination when working on end caps, just need to remember to do it while access is good. Positioned the rear outboard skin and cleco'd. Flipped assembly and cut L-angles for in between the ribs, top and bottom, both wings. Rounded the corners on L=angles.

I waited until the next day to attach the L-angles, but will include the pictures today since I only get 3 per entry and I have other pics for my next entry.

Note from future self: Apparently sometimes when it comes time to attach the wings to the fuselage, the rear spar does not have enough length on the inboard side to drill the necessary attachment hole with enough edge clearance, necessitating replacing the rear spar doubler with a longer undrilled part and using A6 rivets. Suggest leaving the doubler holes in clecos until sure it will work or at least rivet from the inside out as access to the rivet heads is tough once the wing trailing edges are attached. Maybe don't Cortec this part either as it will make it hard to remove if necessary.
