Brief Description:  Tensioned, safety wired, and installed bungee

Tested a couple of different bungee configurations. What I settled on was to add a pair of small caribiners to the ends of the bungee and clip one end to the upper turnbuckle and wrap the other end around the pilot side header tank. This keeps the crossed cables from rubbing without introducing too much yaw force on the stick. Compressed the cable side hook to prevent the possibility of the caribiner working loose from the hook. On the other end, I used the bungee hook as a stop and safety wired the neck of the caribiner. I know others have come up with alternate solutions, but most of them require equipment and/or skills I don't have. My header tank is perfectly located for this, so this is what I did. If I need to make changes later, it is easily accessible and removable.

After tensioning the elevator cables, I used the double-spiral method of safety wiring the turnbuckles. This is not the easiest place to do that, but eventually it was done.
