Brief Description:  Remount Hstab, Reposition pulleys, Lower fin skin

This covers multiple days of slow, tedious work, most of it rework. With the Hstab reassembled, I got started positioning it for drilling. This time I positioned it as far aft as possible. I ended up shaving a bit off the forward Hstab brackets to get it to sit lower and mitigate the issues from last time. It took a while to get all the tolerances in limits, but got there eventually.

Trimming the lower fin skin was quite time consuming. The cut is quite different from the original part as the new one has the bottom going well under the Hstab whereas the older part was trimmed much fore forward, leaving a gap through which the attachment bolt could be accessed. This new style is probably more asthetic and aerodynamic, but with visibility and access to the mounting nut cut off, I don't like the idea of having to unrivet the side gussets each time I want to inspect the mounting. Before I rivet everything I may just trim it back to the original profile. It also took quite a while to get the curve of the lower skin to match that of the hstab. My criteria was to get the lower fin skin sitting flush on the upper fin skin with the double line of rivet holes having adequate edge clearance. Unfortunately nothing fits until it is all trimmed enough, so it was a very iterative process and I ended up with a minimal gap at the bottom of the fin skin. I have seen worse fits on other Cruzers, so I'm satisfied. Once I had the lower skin fit, I cut, bent, and fitted the L angles around the perimeter and drilled rivet holes.

I ended up reloating both pulleys further aft. Remounting the stab definetly helped, but I still had to get a bit more clearance on the cable runs.
