Brief Description: Tensioned, safety wired

In preparation, I reviewed the EAA video on safety wiring turnbuckles a couple of times. Then I adjusted the rudder turnbuckles to tension the cables. Once that was done I used the dual spiral method to safety wire the turnbuckles.
