Bolted the stab to the plane. Cleco'd the vertical fin into place to confirm fit. The new, thicker skin made a slightly different profile. I had to mark and do some filing on the fin and lower fin skin to keep edges from rubbing on the skin of the stab. Finally got a reasonable fit. Didn't rivet yet.
